Tumblr's Law

A scientific term. Tumblr's Law states that when a Tumblr user directly mentions or implies that a joke is funny, the joke is no longer funny. This can be commonly done through saying that a meme is hilarious, but can also be completed through such an action as laughing.

When a Tumblr User (commonly self-identified by a person with an active Tumblr account) laughs at something that could be considered humorous, every living being within a 5 mile radius instantly stops feeling joy for a short time. After this event, the joke is no longer funny, and it can no longer be referenced.

The only potential Tumblr Users then have for humor is in creating jokes, but hopefully it is not attempted on Tumblr.

An artist,typically from tumblr that edits animated characters (mostly anime and manga characters) and edits them so they look real.Mostly by editing eyes to make them look like human eyes.

Tumblr

It definitely mellowed out since the porn ban and actually isn’t too terrible anymore. You still got your crazies that will be very vocal and are very annoying but the majority of what made it bad left to Twitter. So yeah. Be careful, like stated before, you still have the annoying and toxic people. Then again, the majority who uses that platform are 16 year olds so at some point they’ll mellow out and either be less obsessive, or leave altogether.

Ahhh I remember Tumblr. Back when I obsessed over a ship and a character for 2/5 years. How I want to shoot my past self sometimes. At least the fanart was cool tho.
