The day Kai left. The day kai left, Beni didn’t cry that much. But she always knew she wouldn’t cry until it really it her. It hadn’t hit her yet. The first day at school without kai felt so lonely. One thing that hit the hardest for her is a text from her friend that she was talking to. “I feel bad for you. Everytime I saw you I saw her. But now you walk alone.” She would think about that sometimes at night, staring up at the ceiling in her dark room and cry. She had no idea what to do and who to talk to. It’s like, she had no one. Time went on, she found 1 new friend and built a stronger bond with someone she was kinda friends with from middle school. But it was no good. Everytime they did stuff together, Beni would always be reminded of kai. Everytime she hung out with her friend and it’s not that fun, she would always think about Kai and wish that it were them with her instead. She knew that it was wrong, and her friends deserved better. But she couldn’t help it. It was always them. It was always, Kai. She just wanted Kai back. More than anything. She loves her new friends, but it’s nothing compared to Kai. It’s wrong it’s wrong it’s wrong she knows, but… it’s always Kai.
