This is actually an ACRONYM (That means every letter stands for something...)

Generally used to describe a robust pipeline that is filled with glittering generalities that don't generally align to prior forecasts and expectations.

"Pipeline of Outstanding 'Promise', Idle Engineers"

Can also be used to describe a circumstance involving technical resources who are forced to train or support collateral duties until such pipeline turns to POOPER (See definition "Pipeline of outstanding promise, Engineers Ready-up")

Today I ran through the revenue call - soo much POOPIE, it made me feel poopy.

Ted and team had big plans and great ideas - too bad for them nothing came from it except POOPIE results.

With that being said Poopy McJones enjoys a talk about capitalism, just like you if you've read this far. He loves capitalism so much, its the only other thing he talks about when he isn't talking about his traumatic experiences. Poor him. Buy him. His life is so sad.
