Get the Toolmug. One who is a slave to the system and a blatant pseudo intellectual. These people, usually males (as females are referred to as twats), can be spotted with great ease. Usually seen wearing Ed Hardy and Shutter Shades or wearing their giant sunglasses on their head at midnight. These people typically are into whatever everyone else is into or what MTV tells them is cool, but will still claim to be "different". They will also, almost always, drink nothing but Heineken and Jagerbombs.

A person with an inflated opinion of and genuine belief in his skill/prowess/intelligence who takes every opportunity to remind others of it, regardless of the skill he actually possesses. A tool may or may not actually be smart, and may also be disarmingly superficially pleasant; these attributes are irrelevant.
