A play on words from the saying Brass Tacks, but carries like meaning . The implication being Brass, as in Knuckles and Tax, being violence or threat of violence and paying what's due or else. Similar To "F#@% around and Find out" But with a stronger, physical and visual implication.
Good to see that you're making good to correct you mistakes and pay what you owe, otherwise you would have had to pay the Brass Tax to make it right.

the phrase (used in the UK) that refers to how much faster a joint finishes when it’s windy outside. this is because the stonger the wind is, the faster the smoke will be lost/blown out, so essentially the wind is “taxing” your smoke.
“Aw where’s half my zoot gone?! I know I haven’t smoked that much…”
“That’s wind tax for you.”

June 19th. The day that the almighty king fanum taxes all foods. Except for salads of coarse *laughs cutely*. Fanum tax day is on the same day as Juneteenth to honor the ancestors of my king fanum *busts*. If you dont follow what Fanum says you will be forced to play fortnite with only sweats and newgens, and lose your edging streak.
Person 1: Are you celebrating National Fanum Tax Day or Juneteenth?
Person 2: National Fanum Tax Day Of Coarse!
