A saying that has just popped up recently in Washington, popularity of saying unknown still. The meaning behind "Noguage" is simply, A power that cannot be measured with unlimited possibility to how powerful something may be. Although it can be almost* split into 2 words (No+Gauge), the word Gauge, is instead, spelled as "Guage".

That bomb over there has Noguage written all over it, no telling how powerful it may be / That person wearing the hat with the word Noguage, you think he is a person to avoid?
