Someone who travels from nation in such a way that he isn't considered resident in any of the nations he visits. This way, he doesn't have to pay income tax.

One who frequents a place/country/city just to say that they've been there. Checklist travelers tend to only visit for very short periods of time but will brag that they have 'done' that place.
