travelers diarrhea

A case of diarrhea so severe that you'll just be walking hence 'travelers' diarrhea and all of a sudden you soil yourself without expecting it. This can be incredibly humiliating.

Dude I have a bad case of travelers diarrhea I just shit myself a few minutes ago.
