noun - a moon phase shortly after a full moon that causes Asian-American teenagers to participate in gangster activities
these activities may include but are not limited to the following:
- smoking fat blunts to the dome
- tagging
- cutting people off on the road
- getting hella drunk
- rapping
- partying non-stop

All of the Asian boys were forced to stay inside because their parents knew the gangsta moon was out and didn't want them tagging.
