This phrase is used when a person leaves preemptively from a party, gathering or any sort of congregation of more than one person. It is a verb that derives from the 2009 film Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li. Charlie Nash, as portrayed horribly by Chris Klein (the "sensitive jock" in American Pie), uses this phrase to end almost every radio transmission. The overacting and failed "badass-ness" is painfully evident when this phrase is spoke by Klein.
Yo, this party is lame... I'm about to nash-out.
Where'd Murf go? I don't know. I think he nashed out.

Symptoms include crying, yelling, punching, and a loss of self-worth. Comparable to freaking out, but with an added dimension of anger and frustration.
