An individual who loves to drag the life out of a situation, pounding any thing positive into the earth and sucking the life out of it.

An individual who stretches a concept (joke or idea) to the point that it loses all zest or comedic value. Occasionally the drag will work as a punch line in itself by the draggards sheer commitment to the gag. This scenario requires skill and experience in most cases as it is a niche.
