Developed by winter-wise Canadians, it is a form of walking across slippery/icy surfaces in which a person takes very small steps and shuffles their feet in penguin-like fashion.

Jimmy made his way towards Tim Horton's, carefully doing the Canada Shuffle so he wouldn't slip on the ice.

Term coined by GodLogic Apologetics. It is a thing Muslims do when they get caught in a lie, false statement, or fallacy. They immediately change the subject in order to hide the fact that they just got caught.

The dancelike movements baseball player Juan Soto makes at bat between pitches, including hip wiggles, junk grabs, and staredowns. Believed by some to be an intimidation tactic, by others to be Soto just being extravagant.

Nationals fans love the Soto Shuffle, they go crazy for it.

Virginia shuffle

When you’re stranded in a stall after laying down the city hall of brown town and you either run out of TP or clog the ceramic and the. need to go inhabit another stall to finish cleanup duty but refuse to potentially lay havoc in your ball hammocks

Brian was 15 beers deep camping and need to take a shit. I went into the bathhouse a half hour later to take a piss and open the door to see him doing the Virginia Shuffle from the first to the last stall.

fern shuffle

This is the way to walk amongst ferns in the forest as to not make any sound or rustling to alert anyone or anything that you are there. It is done by using the outside of your leg and ankle to push or “swish” the fern to the side while taking a step forward, alternating legs to keep yourself walking forward. This allows you to see and avoid twigs or other things under the fern which may cause a sound to be made.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend at the cabin so I did the fern shuffle all the way there.
