(transitive verb) To persistently ask someone (usually parents) for something until they give in. This is usually attempted with the goal of being able to go out with friends or letting people over.
"Hey Will can you pull up tonight?"
"idk my mom said I have to come back for family dinner but imma do some niggling. I'll lyk."
