Similar to the use of oh my God, as in a situation of great surprise. This is better suited for polytheists such as Hindu's, and for those who want to draw looks in public.

Blow through
When you fart and half of your insides coming flying out after it, making quit a mess.
When you pass some gas (gassy ass) & a lump follows - which hits the
back of your pants like a bullet..
Hey man, you eat that curry your gonna have a mighty blow through..

God my Oh! is simply the reverse of Oh my God!.
and still means the same.
most of the time when it is used the commenter is trying to be random.
The origin of this word/catchphrase came from an episode of an anime called: Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt.
Just before a character got blown up he said: "Oh my God!"
but when he was resurrected (the scene of him blowing up in reverse) he said "God my Oh!" instead of "ho ym dog".
