IGTAS

Intergalactic Threat Advisory System. It's a proposed thread advisory system by Josh universe which is like the NTAS but focuses on existential risk and uses a regional-tier level system and a set of graduated "Threat Conditions" that increase as the (assessment of the) risk of the threat increases.

The IGTAS system was just set to an elevated level.
