This is an expression used to describe a situation as being off putting, abnormal, and uncomfortable. E will normally just be used on its own in replacement of certain description words listed before. You can also use E to describe feelings that are negative as well such as sadness, depression, anxiety, etc.
"This place is really shady, it's making me feel E, is there a way we can go back?"
"I'm not so sure about going to Anons house, it's got an E kind of vibe"
