A person with no permanent residence, who appeals to the sympathy of people who do not want to see the person officially homeless and on the streets, but who refuses to take advice or work to change their situation, attitude or actions in any meaningful way. They move from couch to couch, (house to house) staying until they either wear out their welcome or the homeowners rules become to burdensome. Really onerous and over the line rules like "Clean up after yourself" or "If you can't contribute with $ right now, how about some housework?" or "Stop playing online games all day and Fbooking all day and look for a job!"

Someone who is experienced in spending large amounts of time on the couch. This person typically spends a lot of time watching TV, movies, Netflix, or YouTube, playing video games, or channel surfing, or some combination thereof. Think "couch potato," but with more purpose and intent.

The act of getting so drunk that you pass out on a piece of furniture, typically a couch, fully clothed. The “actor” proceeds to blow chunks, traditionally a noodle based meal, on to the furniture and his person. Two or more participating males remove clothing and vigorously wipe down the actor and furniture piece removing said chunks with sponges or clothes, thus completing the “Turkish Couch Bath”.
n. Subsequent cleaning of the furniture by minor children is also referred to as a “Turkish Play date”

Preferably used when:
A given summer you know will be a drought; you designate an old couch, in relatively geographic neutral position of the sitters of said couch¹, to throw outside. This is preferably in an abandoned lot/houses yard. The couch in question is then used for a meridian of activities such as linking, smoking, day drinking, etc.
¹The couch should be in walking distance (≥0.2 miles) of one said sitter, who can bum when he wants (within reason), who can ensure the longevity of the couch in case of (and not limited to):
a) rain secure a tarp
