Older internet denizens might have called this type of person a 'script kiddie'. While there are many people who enjoy this as a hobby and professionally, it is often used for nefarious means and can be risky.
My cousin has spent the past week doing nothing but vibe coding trying to write an app to make him rich day trading on the Canadian stock market but all he has done so far is accidently give a social media hacker access to his porn and credit cards folder
