To be so obsessed with turtles one actually says, "I like turtles." all of the time. Turtles are everything and anything to that person and without turtles in their life that person may perhaps perish. It is easy to spot out a turtle infatuator by the way they talk or the clothing they wear.

A saying when you and your friends are at a bonfire and the smoke is blowing in your face. If you say "White Turtle, White Turtle, White Turtle" the smoke will magicly stop following you and blow elsewhere.
Nine friends are sitting around a bonfire and the smoke has been blowing in your face the whole time. You say "White Turtle, White Turtle, White Turtle" and now the smoke is bothering your friend on the opposite side of the circle.

A shy person who comes out of his/her shell if prompted to. Often a person who is shy when meeting new people and then comfortable with that person after a certain amount of time spent with them.
Person 1 : Hey, that guy must be a real emo.
Person 2 : Yeah but he's an emo turtle. He'll get up when you crack a nice joke.
