The real definition of fucktard is someone that is/was more fucking retarded than the most stupid person on Earth ever and even when they should know better!

Last week I went to a stand-up comedy show and the comedian spent the whole time roasting Donald Trump, calling him the World's dumbest Fucktard EVER! I didn't know the word Fucktard previously but when it was explained to me that such a person is of the lowest, worst intellectual / academic capacity ever however / except without any apparent mental damage / affliction, I couldn't stop laughing at how accurate the word was at describing Donald Trump with his apparent fucktardery! hahaha
