Someone who takes advice, but never uses it.

Guy1: "Yeah I told Brian to vote for Trump and he's voting for Hillary."

Guy2: "What an Askhole."

An ASKHOLE is someone who asks for advice, then negates it verbally
immediately, in a condescending manner. Then takes actions contrary to the advice given.

John: Hey Steve! Where's a good place to golf?

Steve: I like that one by the ocean.
John: What? That place has nothing but distractions. Like all the bikini babes you can see from the 3rd 4th and 5th holes! Ocean air might corrode my clubs! Nah!

I'm going to that one that's further away and costs much more!
