The only people who use this are so called Pro Anas - people who insist that Anorexia is a healty lifestyle choice, just like going vegan or eating less sugar. Commonly used by #wannabe ana s a.k.a. depressed teenage girls.

Pro Anas like to call a deadly diasese in a cutesy name, to attract minors, I suppose.
