When one is trying to get somewhere but has no idea of direction and/or where the hell he/she is going, like Zoro from the anime and manga series One Piece.

Punishment for bad behavior guarantees you to be sent to a state job where you will triple your income. Not to be confused with Pulling a Brad which there's no punishment for bad behavior.
