Parent who doesn't listen never turns up for the child and only wants something to put in the newsletter to send to other parents who are busy ignoring their own kids. Lives in denial and thinks it is still the 1980's in complete ignorance of the economic and environmental mess they have bequeathed to future generations. Spends there time buying investment properties making it harder for people to buy a house, and taking holidays while young people do it tougher each year.

A type of (usually male) parent who treats their household as if theirs kids are in the army, they're typically very strict and do not like their kids questioning their orders even if said order is unreasonable, unethical or doesn't make much sense, they can also act very cold and emotionally distant towards their child but this isn't always the case.
Whilst a percentage of military parents were probably in the army when they were young, alot of them weren't and just act like they were.
