An intellectually dishonest person who resorts to aggressive labeling or "pigeonholing" to deflect a valid argument they cannot refute. The term is phonetic contraction of "pigeonhole", that adds derogatory connotations, first sharing phonetic structure with the word "asshole", branding subject as contemptible and unpleasant. Other derogatory connotation is derived by isolating "peg" and "hole", "peg" implying act of pegging, while "hole" - being on the receiving end of it, the term acts as an emasculating attack, implying subject engages in a form of sex, that is considered emasculating and humiliating.

You: "I'm just saying that without tax reform, the deficit is going to crush the working class within five years."

Them: "Oh, you're just another one of those 'neoliberal shills,' aren't you?"

You: "Don't be a peghole. Address the deficit numbers or shut up."
