**Leadershit** (noun): The fine art of incompetent leadership, where bold decisions are made without logic, vision, or a basic grasp of reality. Typically characterized by excessive jargon, pointless meetings, and the uncanny ability to take credit for success while blaming others for failure.

The act of turning a trivial or unrelated experience into a self congratulatory “leadership lesson,” usually posted on professional networking sites (LinkedIn). Often involves exaggerating mundane events to appear inspirational, without offering any real insight or value.
