When you wake up and feel nauseous, but you have to keep going about your day. Like at any moment you could vomit. At times you might have to stop and take a moment in order not to, then you are having a delicate moment.

The greatest sandwich store in the US. Home of the greenwich and filler of all stomaches. Max Blank, the founder and deli master of this chain is so amazing and so hot that he is a legend. He makes the greatest sandwiches in all the land and should be bowed down to whenever seen.

I went to Max's Delicatessen and will never be hungry again. (This supports the claim that Max Blank can end world hunger.)
