Inflatulous

That swelling, bloated feeling one gets due to an accumulation of gas in the alimentary canal. Or, the suffering caused by the accumulation of gas in that same intestinal track.

I just boiled cabbage and beer and I am so inflatulous I think I'm going to explode!

My stomach is so inflatulous I can't fasten my pants.
