When someone is trying to help but really they are just being a hindrance

Stacey mowed the lawn. Todd appreciated her effort but she was being a helperance as he would have to mow it again due to her poor use of the mower

A form of tolerance that deserves a holler by those being tolerated.

Downstairs neighbors: "I can't believe our upstairs neighbors put in ear plugs and never complain every time we party mid-week - SUCH HOLLERANCE!"
