Loothar is a very annoying man, He doesn't know when to stop and talks a bit too much. He reckons his ockrays is big honestly, and thinks hes just THAT guy. Loothar from fairfield madeout with his cousin and liked it. He's short, and likes to lie about his height to chicks.
