A thick solution of accumulated bacterial biofilm covering the teeth of those who fail to brush regularly. Normally denotes an ejectus: a portion of the substance expelled after tooth- and tongue-scaping. The portion size is directly correlated to the length of time since the last thorough brushing, flossing and/or professional cleaning.

I just sneeze-sprayed that guy's BLT with a dollop of mouth mayo.
I don't keep my favourite condiments in my fridge: mouth mayo is a sauce best served warm.

mayo mouth 

extreme dry mouth reminiscent of someone eating macaroni salad with their mouth open. The mouth is so dry that a thick, white paste forms, often in the corners of the lips.

Since the winter started I've had an extreme case of mayo mouth.
