A derivative of the word Enchilada.

A tortilla rolled and stuffed usually with a mixture containing meat or cheese and served with a sauce spiced with chili.

When a Mexican restuarant has a special day that gives these Enchiladas at a discounted price, the result of consuming mass quantities is pinchilada.
