pronounced: (no-ass-at-all) A reference to a non-existent drug that reduces the size of one's ass to almost nothing. Usually said about someone that lacks an ass.

Dude1: What do you guys think about Sally?

Dude3: Definately! Bitch should be in rehab!

A person, usually female, who lacks the appropriate amount of musculature in the gluteus maximus, i.e. (s)he has nor booty. Bastardization of "no ass at all". Although this word sounds like a medication for an ailment (perhaps this very one), it is used to describe the condition. Antonym: junk in the trunk or simply " J in the T"
