Niccups 

Every drag you take from a cigarette gives you the hiccups. Nicotine + Hiccups = Niccups

Guy 1: *takes first drag of cigarette and gets instant hiccup*
*waits a several seconds*
Guy 1: *second drag of his cigarette, instant hiccup”
Guy 2: *laughs* “Someone got the Niccups!”

Hiccups which occur after or during smoking a cigarette. Much more common after smoking quickly after eating.

I lit up too quickly after that steak. I've got niccups again.
