screenworth

Derived from the portmanteau of "screen time" and "self-worth", this slang term refers to the phenomenon where you outsource your self-worth to the maximum amount of screen time that you can get from your parents. For example, when you're participating in the competition of getting as much screen time as possible from your parents, while your opponents are 270 millions of Indonesian residents with the average screen time of 6.05 hours per day — the highest in the world.
After arguing with my parents for an extra hour of screen time, I realized my screenworth was way too high—it's like I measured my value based on how much time I could binge-watch YouTube on my smartphone compared to my friends!
