A group of people surround a lone person on the dancefloor and when appropriate begin twerking aggressively on the person in the middle. The tighter the circle during the twerk the better. It is typically performed during r & b or rap music.
1) When a bunch of blowhards and/or pseudo-intellectuals - usually self-identified women - get together for a debate but usually end up agreeing with each other's viewpoints (an often flawed, and self-serving exercise in confirmation bias) to the point of redundancy, stroking each other's egos as if they were extensions of their genitals (ergo, the mastubatory insinuation to circle-jerk). and/or asses. Basically, it's what happens when the choir preaches to itself.
In addition, the people participating in the circle-twerkwillreject an outsider they perceive to be 'male', when the individual is not performing the proverbial 'twerk' dance move (i.e. not aligned with the opinion of the group)
2) *NOT* When a group of people (often self-identified women) stand in a circle, performing the dance 'twerking'.
Tyler's attempt to voice an opinion was rejected by Jordan's posse, which was obviously a circle-twerk and not open to differing perspectives
church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
