An ailment usually affecting males between the ages of 13 and 26, where while masturbating time felt is much less than time used.

Guy 1: Where were you?
Guy 2: Huh, I was only gone a minute.
Guy 1: More like fifteen.
Guy 2: Dammit! Not Masturbation Time Syndrome again!
Guy 1: Why the hell were you jerking off...?
