Romanian pejorative term for the useless one who has the sad task of taking care of his boss dick. Composite word from obtained by joining "pula" and "ducator" meaning literally "dick carrier" (not of his own) or "caretaker of the dicks".
Usually "pulducator" is a less than talented kiss ass ("pupincurist" in romanian), who fails to satisfy his target, and gets the job as a bitter compensation for the effort, without getting any other career gain.
