Zombie training consist of 5 -7 miles of running under 1 hour,
strict diet, Random weight training (one should be able to do at least 335 push ups at a moments notice), learning to be a light sleeper, and can engage
BEAST Mode as a last resort. It's extremely intense, but not as intense as 875 zombies running at you, and don't forget, they run at full speed
all the time.
