xunt 

Pronounced exactly like cunt. Used as an insult. It was created by me and my friend Bob whilst trying to compile a list of insults, one for every letter of the alphabet. With the lack of insults starting with X I made up xunt, a play on leet words like suxxorz and other words using x's instead of c's. It shall henceforth be used to insult all those who use leet in all forms of electronic communication!

Xunting it 

Xunting it (verb phrase): To aggressively and recklessly pursue actions in a chaotic, self-sabotaging manner, often with dramatic flair, while maintaining a confusing or overly harsh leadership style and failing to advance in status or skill.

It describes someone who, in gaming or social contexts, repeatedly crashes their plans (like losing ships in naval combat games due to bad helming), needlessly dominates or punishes others, and exhibits a bipolar-like leadership vibe, all while being stuck in a rut (e.g. "rank sitting" after being passed up for promotion multiple times).

He was xunting it hard last night, ramming his battleship into every reef while yelling at the crew for his own bad calls.

She's xunting it with her team, micromanaging like a tyrant one minute and ghosting them the next, no wonder she's still stuck at the same rank.

Why's he xunting it like that? He keeps flexing his authority but never gets anywhere!
