Antonym of 'Circling Back.' Meaning to take confident initiative as a unified team regarding a decision or question without re-visiting the topic with superiors, or doubting you and your colleagues' capabilities.

After minimal direction and a vote of confidence from their supervisor, Jon and his colleagues decided to Square Forward in their project's next steps and ultimate execution.
