Engaging in research and fact finding activities in order to gain intelligence on or find out the latest information on someone that is a complete and total ass for the sole purpose of laughing at their expense

I did some Renoconnaissance on J.P. and found out that he had been arrested. I looked up his arrest record and the mug shot was hilarious!
