Israel über alles - one who places Israel's interests, importance and security above all else, regardless of nationality. It is typically used to counter an accusation of one being anti-Semitic, since often times this is used to marginalize one's position that may be critical of Israeli policy or actions. Many Americans who back the Neocon agenda would be considered IUAs since their primary concern is Israel, not the US, or the country of their residence.
