A variation of Zacheroni but not spelled with an e like an idiot.

Mainly used as a nickname for people named Zach, it’s similar to the word macaroni but with added Zach flavor.

“Hey Zach can you get me a juice box”
“No, fuck you, it’s Zacharoni now”
