Switchboarding 

The act of going from a straight pegging, to an ass to mouth. The victim is first pegged, then without warning, the didlo is pulled from the butt, the person is spun around, and the dildo is then jammed into their mouth.

Bill, why is your mouth all red and raw? The wife and I went out last night and had a few drinks. She got a bit wild and a switchboarding ensued.
