Urban Scorpion 

A discarded hypodermic needle commonly found in large metropolitan areas, abandoned by IV drug users and irresponsible diabetics after use.

Friend: "Hey i'm going skating today at Wells Fargo."
Me: "Careful around there, lots of urban scorpions. Don't fall and get stung."
Friend: "Dude I have Hep C anyway no worries fam"
