Throapes

Herpes of the throat in the form of cold sores or canker sores caused by excessive abuse of the throat (commonly due to fellacio) or a sudden increase of acidity in liquids within your throat (due to eating dirty pussy).

Both causes of Throapes can be attributed to being a pussy.
