Either a general expression of exasperation about a deluged inbox, or a referent to the behaviour of online/content marketers who think people have nothing better to do than read the 7 e-mails they send every week that are 3 pages each in length, trying to peddle their wares or upsells.

Too Much Fucking Effort

When everything is just too extra to handle, it's just too much fucking effort, or simply: TMFE. Used by those who would rather do literally anything else, or - more preferably - nothing at all.

TMFEO (or "Tearing My Fucking Eyes Out) is an expression to be used when someone views a very cursed or unpleasant image.
