Pop a Cheeker 

When a woman's mouth is wide open dude to shock, laughing, e.t.c, a man with an erect member comes in from the side, and rockets his member into the mouth of the recipient forcing her cheek outward from the inside. The force of the thrust causes her to go with it, in a fish-to-hook matter.
The action must be a total surprise to the recipient, allotting her shocked expression.

Girl: "And I was like OOO(mouth wide open) my god"
Guy:.................................^Perfect moment.
