Christian religious zealots who hold that the purpose of government is to implement God's laws as their personal moral beliefs and churches define them. Evaliban believe that civil law is subservient to divine laws as they divine them.

The 'Christian' Evaliban, like the Taliban, seek to replace mutual standards of human justice based in everyone's equal human dignity before and under the law with their religiously narrow ideas of right and wrong morality based upon their particular views of God's laws as inspired by Christian scripture or church teachings.
